Palo Alto Networks Firewall: Configuration and Management (EDU-210)
Configure and manage the Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls protecting Morocco's largest organisations.
The official EDU-210 course, Firewall: Configuration and Management, teaches how to install, configure and manage Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls (NGFW) running PAN-OS. It covers initial configuration, interfaces and zones, security and NAT policies, App-ID, User-ID and Content-ID, SSL/TLS decryption, URL filtering, threat prevention and WildFire, GlobalProtect, and logging and monitoring. Since Palo Alto Networks overhauled its certification programme, the former PCNSA has been retired: this course now prepares for the Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Generalist exam and lays the groundwork for the NGFW Engineer certification.
In Morocco, Palo Alto Networks firewalls are widely deployed at banks, insurers, telecom operators, large industrial groups and offshoring centres serving demanding European clients. Law 05-20 and DGSSI directives raise expectations around segmentation, application control and traceability. Being able to write policies based on applications and users rather than ports, and to verify them in the logs, is a skill sought by integrators and in-house security teams alike.
Our 5-day (35-hour) course follows the EDU-210 content and the NetSec Generalist exam domains, with hands-on labs on virtual PAN-OS firewalls. It runs in class in Casablanca or Rabat, or as a live virtual classroom, and the voucher for the official exam is included in the price.

No. Palo Alto Networks retired the PCNSA and PCNSE as part of its programme overhaul. After EDU-210, the target exam is Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Generalist; to go further on firewalls, the next-level certification is NGFW Engineer, which succeeds the PCNSE.
The exam is delivered by Pearson VUE, online with remote proctoring (OnVUE) or at an authorised test centre. It lasts 90 minutes, consists of multiple-choice questions in English, and the certification is valid for 2 years. Palo Alto Networks does not publish the passing score.
