PECB Certified DORA Lead Manager
Lead the digital operational resilience required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA).
The PECB DORA Lead Manager course prepares you to lead compliance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 on digital operational resilience for the financial sector, applicable since 17 January 2025. It covers its five pillars: the ICT risk management framework, management, classification and reporting of major ICT incidents, digital operational resilience testing (including threat-led penetration testing, TLPT), ICT third-party risk management, and cyber threat information sharing. The technical standards (RTS/ITS) and the register of information on ICT contracts are also covered.
DORA applies to EU financial entities, but its effects reach Morocco. Moroccan banks and insurers belonging to European groups must contribute to their parent's DORA framework. Above all, Moroccan ICT providers and offshoring centers serving European banks, insurers or asset managers are receiving contract clauses required by Article 30: audit rights, service levels, incident notification, exit plans and participation in testing. These requirements complement Bank Al-Maghrib and ACAPS expectations, Law 05-20 on cybersecurity and the DGSSI's DNSSI.
Over 5 days (35 hours), the course mixes theory, case study exercises and exam preparation. The PECB exam is included in the price and can be taken at the end of the session or online at a later date.

The course starts at 17,900 MAD. The price covers 5 instructor-led days (35 hours), course materials, the case study and the PECB certification exam. PECB annual maintenance fees, due once you hold the certificate, are not included.
DORA targets EU financial entities, but they must govern their ICT providers wherever those are based. A Moroccan provider or offshoring center serving a European bank must therefore accept audits, incident notification and testing. Subsidiaries of European banking groups also take part in the group framework.
Sessions run in class in Casablanca or Rabat, or as a live virtual classroom. The course is taught in French or English depending on the session, with examples drawn from relationships between Moroccan providers and European financial clients.
The exam lasts 3 hours and the pass mark is 70%. You can take it at the end of the session or online with remote proctoring on the PECB platform, on a date of your choice. PECB confirms the exact question format when you register.
You can pay by bank transfer or card, and installments are possible on request. For companies, we provide a quote and an invoice in the company's name; in-house sessions are also available.
