Overview

The PECB ISO 22301 Lead Implementer course teaches you to build a business continuity management system (BCMS): business impact analysis (BIA), disruption risk assessment, continuity strategies and solutions, continuity and recovery plans, crisis management, exercises and tests, then monitoring and continual improvement up to the certification audit.

In Morocco, business continuity is an explicit expectation in regulated sectors: Bank Al-Maghrib requires credit institutions to have business continuity plans, and both the DGSSI's DNSSI and Law 05-20 on cybersecurity target the resilience of sensitive information systems and critical infrastructure. Offshoring centers and IT providers bound by SLAs with European clients must also show they can keep services running through a cyberattack, a major outage or a disaster.

Over 5 days (35 hours), the course mixes theory, case study exercises and exam preparation. The PECB exam is included in the price and can be taken at the end of the session or online at a later date.
